MARKING TEXTILE
We propose several textile marking solutions according to demand. According to your specifications, we will define together the most suitable process.
Several criteria are taken into account: the quantity, the complexity of your visual (number of colors, flat colors, effects...) and support.
FLEX
FLOCKING
FROM

Room
Flocking, also called Flex, is the marking solution for very small quantities. It is indicated for printing text or design with few details and colors.
The lifespan of flocking is very long and the choice of colors and materials very varied.
It perfectly covers the support. Once the logo has been cut out of the material of your choice, it is heat transferred using a transfer press.
Possibility of making color montages on simple models (contact us)
ADVANTAGES: From the unit to the small series / Ideal for textiles & luggage storage
DISADVANTAGES: Not suitable for large series / Solid colors only

The serigraphy is based on the stencil principle : the ink passes through the stitches perforated with a screen and is deposited on the support to form the pattern to be printed. The screen, originally made of silk, is now made of synthetic canvas with more or less fine stitches depending on the pattern and the support. It is stretched on a rigid frame and positioned above the support to be printed. Its surface is made porous at the places to be printed thanks to an insolation technique. The ink is then applied over its entire surface using a doctor blade : it passes through and is deposited according to the desired route. The operation is repeated as many times as there are colors in the pattern to be printed.
Advantages of this process
Screen printing offers a strong deposit of ink (5 to 10 times higher than that of other printing methods), which guarantees an intense and brilliant color, durable over time, and good opacity.
Screen printing can be used on different supports:
- signage (road signs, stickers, etc.)
- advertising (posters, objects)
- electronics for printed circuit board printing
- textiles (t-shirts, caps, sports jerseys).

This process is ideal when you want to put several patterns on the same t-shirt without having to make a screen printing screen per pattern. to cut out each pattern and heat press it using a heat press.
Advantages compared to screen printing: for small series with several patterns it is more profitable
Advantages compared to flocking: possibility of making wefts, effects that cannot be done with the flex due to a vector cut of the flex.
We have the possibility of carrying out your transfers from 20 pieces.
Our transfers are made on baking paper with an undercoat of glue, delivered flat on a board or placed by us on textiles according to your needs.
There are several ranges of transfer, from one-color plastisol to four-color MSO (four-color offset printing) through industrial transfers (high resistance to washing - even at 90°c).
